High Pressure Cryogenic Class 2500, full differential pressure for sizes up to and including 2″ (DN50), differential pressure of up to 103 bar (1494 psi) for sizes 2½” (DN65) and above with hybrid seats. Pressure containing parts are in compliance with ASME B16.34, for wall thickness, design type-tested for burst testing of four times the pressure rating for 5 minutes. A one-size-up stem made of high tensile material complies with ASME B16.34 and API 6D for drive train requirements.

Solid one-piece high torque durable stem. Tight stem-to-ball directional engagement, ensures relief hole alignment. Strict materials and manufacturing tolerances control. Narrow space between extension ID and stem OD allows the stem seal to remain at an ambient temperature. Relief hole on the upstream sphere of the ball to prevent pressure build-up in the cavity. Up to 45° from vertical for 12” bonnet (per BS6364 guidelines). Up to 15° from vertical 6” bonnet (not BS6364 compliant).

3-piece robust, forged valve • Double block & bleed. Blowout-proof robust stem design. Bi-directional as standard. API 6D certified (API monogram #6D-1278). Fire safe designed to API 6FA, API 607, ISO 10497. Comply with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156. Corrosion resistant low friction bearings. Double Piston Effect or Single Piston Effect seat design. Mixed SPE and DPE seats design also available. Integral top-works direct mounting pad to ISO 5211. 6” and larger valves are equipped with lifting lugs.
